VYBZ Membership Terms and Services

This Membership Terms and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of membership subscription services offered by VYBZ Exotic Rentals (“Company”).

1. Eligibility & Membership Use

  • Membership is available to individuals aged 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and full-coverage auto insurance.

  • Only the individual who purchases the membership (“Subscriber”) is permitted to use its benefits. Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Proof of identification may be required at the time of rental to verify membership status.

2. Membership Plans & Pricing

  • VYBZ Elite Membership: $59/month

  • VYBZ Gold Membership: $99/month

  • VYBZ Black Membership: $899/month

Each membership tier comes with unique benefits outlined below and may be updated periodically.

3. Referral Bonus Terms

  • Members are eligible for referral bonuses only after they have been enrolled in their current membership tier for six (6) consecutive months.

  • Referral bonuses differ by tier:

    • Elite: $100 per successful referral

    • Gold: $200 per successful referral

    • Black: $300 per successful referral (stackable and unlimited)

  • A successful referral is defined as a new customer who signs up for a VYBZ Membership and completes at least one paid rental. The referral must list the referring member's full name at checkout.

  • ✅ Referral Bonus: $100 (after 6 months)

  • ✅ Available after 2 prior bookings

VYBZ Gold – $99/month

  • ✅ 10% off all rentals

  • ✅ Early access to new fleet arrivals

  • ✅ Birthday rental gift: 25% off

  • ✅ Free rescheduling

  • ✅ Referral Bonus: $200 (after 6 months)

  • ✅ Available after 2 prior bookings

VYBZ Black – $899/month
VIP – Referral Only by a VYBZ Black Member

  • ✅ 10% Off All Rentals – No Limits

    • Automatically applied to every booking

  • ✅ 1 Free Full-Day Rental Every Month (up to $1,000 value)

    • Use it or roll it into a multi-day booking

  • ✅ Birthday rental gift: 25% off

  • ✅ Concierge Access (7 Days/Week)

    • Custom trip planning

    • Delivery coordination

    • Club & restaurant drop-offs/pickups

  • ✅ VIP Guest Experience

    • Personalized in-car setup

    • Luxury fragrance, VYBZ merch, cold drinks, signage for events (e.g. birthdays)

  • ✅ Exclusive Access to VYBZ Black Driving Events

    • Networking with other elite members

  • ✅ Priority Fleet Access

    • First to book new vehicles before public release

  • ✅ Referral Credit: $300 (after 6 months, stackable, unlimited)

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime through your account portal or by emailing VYBZ.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the month.

  • If a payment fails, the membership will be paused until the balance is paid.

6. Modification of Terms

VYBZ reserves the right to modify this Membership Agreement at any time. Members will be notified via email or website updates prior to any changes.
