Frequently Asked Questions While You’re on the Road

📱 1. How do I contact VYBZ during my rental?

Emergencies: Call 911 first if it’s urgent, then email us.
🕒 2. What if I’m going to be late returning the car?
Please let us know ASAP by email.
$75 for the first hour late
$150 for each additional hour
After 4 hours, a full-day rental fee will apply.
🛑 3. What should I do if I get pulled over or cited?
Remain calm, follow all instructions, and let us know immediately. You are responsible for any tickets or tolls during your rental.
⛽️ 4. Do I need to refill the gas tank?
Yes. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup. If not, an $8/gallon refueling fee will be charged.
🧼 5. Do I need to wash the car before returning it?
The vehicle must be returned clean.
Minimum cleaning fee: $200
Excessive mess, odors, or interior damage may result in higher professional cleaning charges
No smoking or pets allowed in the vehicle
🛠️ 6. What do I do if there’s a mechanical issue or warning light?
Pull over safely. Contact us immediately at email: (V.Y.B.Z@outlook.com) phone: ((914)-522-9440). Do not attempt repairs on your own.
🧾 7. What if there’s damage or an accident?
Take photos, gather info from others involved, and email us. A police report may be required for serious incidents.
🚭 8. Can I smoke or vape in the car?
No. Smoking, vaping, or strong odors may result in a $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
🛣 9. Are there mileage limits or location restrictions?
100 miles/day included
$3 per mile after that
The vehicle may not leave Florida without written permission
🧍♂️ 10. Can someone else drive the car?
No. Only the renter may drive unless authorized in writing. Unauthorized use voids protection and can lead to full liability.
⚠️ 11. What driving behaviors are prohibited?
You may not:
Turn off traction control
Drift, race, or drive recklessly
Use the car for off-roading, towing, or illegal activity
Violations void protection and result in full financial liability.
📍 12. Where do I return the vehicle?
Return it to the same location unless otherwise approved by VYBZ. Failure to do so may result in fees or declined future bookings.
☔ 13. Weather & Car Handling Rules
When car is left, all windows and the top must be closed
In rainy/bad weather, keep windows and top closed at all times
Do not use Corsa mode under any circumstances, as this turns traction control off
📹 14. Is the drive recorded or tracked?
Yes. For liability and safety purposes:
A front-facing dashcam records the road during your rental. This footage is only reviewed in the event of an incident, dispute, or suspicious activity.
The vehicle is GPS-monitored at all times to ensure location compliance and for recovery in case of theft or unauthorized use.
