Referral Bonus Agreement

This Referral Bonus Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between VYBZ Exotic Rentals ("Business") and the individual handing out promotional business cards ("Referrer").

1. Referral Program Overview

The Business agrees to compensate the Referrer fifty dollars ($50.00 USD) for every successful client referral that results directly from the distribution of VYBZ business cards.

A successful referral is defined as a new client who:

  • Completes a paid rental and

  • Enters the Referrer's name and location in the "How did you hear about us? (Referrals, please enter the name and location)" field on the VYBZ website at the time of booking.

2. Membership Referral Bonuses

In addition to standard referral payments, VYBZ offers the following one-time bonuses for referring new members to our subscription programs:

  • VYBZ Elite Membership: $100 referral bonus

  • VYBZ Gold Membership: $200 referral bonus

  • VYBZ Black Membership: $300 referral bonus

To qualify, the new member must:

  • Successfully enroll in the specified membership plan

  • List the Referrer's name and location during the sign-up process

  • Maintain an active membership for a minimum of six (6) months

3. Eligibility Requirements

  • Referrals must be submitted through the official VYBZ website form field during the booking or membership registration process.

  • The Referrer's full name and general location must be entered accurately for tracking and payout purposes.

  • The referral must result in a completed and paid rental or valid membership to be eligible for compensation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments will be issued within 14 business days of the rental completion or membership eligibility confirmation.

  • Payment method will be determined between the Business and Referrer upon the first successful referral.

5. Limitations

  • This Agreement does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

  • VYBZ reserves the right to deny payment for referrals that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not properly submitted through the required form fields.

  • Referral bonuses are fixed and non-negotiable.

6. Termination

This Agreement is valid through December 31, 2025. VYBZ Exotic Rentals reserves the right to modify or terminate the program for new referrals after that date.
