VYBZ Terms of Service & Policies

Prohibited Activities

By using the VYBZ platform or services ("Services"), you agree that you will not, nor advocate, encourage, request, or assist any third party to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal law, regulation, or court order, including vehicle licensing, registration, airport, and tax regulations.

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.

• Infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights belonging to VYBZ, its users, or third parties without prior written permission.

• Harm the VYBZ brand through unauthorized use of the Services or intellectual property.

• Provide false or misleading information, such as falsified names, driver’s license details, payment methods, or insurance details.

• Register an account on behalf of another individual or entity without authorization.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Fail to honor financial commitments, including fees or penalties owed to VYBZ or its users.

• Complete a rental transaction outside the VYBZ platform (gray market transactions).

• Transfer your VYBZ account to another party without permission.

• Leave a vehicle unlocked or unattended with keys inside (unless specifically directed otherwise by VYBZ).

• Harass, stalk, discriminate, or harm other VYBZ users in any way.

• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes or unrelated solicitation.

• Interfere with the operation of the Services, including introducing viruses, scraping data, or engaging in spamming activities.

Insurance & Protection Plans

All vehicles rented through VYBZ include insurance coverage as part of the rental price.
The cost of insurance is already built into the daily rental rate, and no additional insurance purchase is required by the renter.
VYBZ provides liability protection and limited physical damage coverage during the rental period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement.
Renters are not required to provide proof of separate insurance but are responsible for complying with all vehicle use policies and maintaining safe operation of the vehicle.
Any deductible amounts or exclusions applicable to the provided coverage will be disclosed prior to the start of the rental.Guest Responsibilities

When renting a vehicle via VYBZ:

• You must hold a valid driver’s license.

• You may only allow approved drivers (listed on the booking) to operate the vehicle.

• You must use the vehicle responsibly, obeying all applicable laws.

• You must return the vehicle on time and in essentially the same condition as received.

• You may not use the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

• You must inspect the vehicle at the start of the reservation and upload any photos of pre-existing damage.

Failure to follow these guidelines may void your protection plan.

Owner Responsibilities

When listing a vehicle on VYBZ:

• Vehicles must be legally registered, insured, and maintained in safe, roadworthy condition.

• Vehicles may not be subject to any active theft reports, missing vehicle reports, or outstanding safety recalls.

• You must maintain and update registration and insurance information as required by law.

• You must report any damage or accidents involving your vehicles.

Incident Reporting

If an accident or damage occurs during a rental:

• You must immediately report it by contacting VYBZ at V.Y.B.Z@outlook.com.

• If involved in an accident, you must file a police report.

• Cooperation with VYBZ, law enforcement, and insurance investigation is mandatory.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises:

• You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting VYBZ at V.Y.B.Z@outlook.com.

• If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

• Arbitration will occur in Phoenix, Arizona.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VYBZ is not responsible for the actions or omissions of vehicle owners, renters, or third parties.

• VYBZ’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid to VYBZ in the twelve months prior to the claim.

• VYBZ is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYBZ and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Additional Provisions

• Termination: VYBZ may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason.

• No vehicle ownership transfer: Rentals do not constitute a transfer or assignment of ownership.

• No rental car company: VYBZ is a peer-to-peer platform and does not own or rent a fleet of vehicles.

• Currency: All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.
