Photography and Videography Consent and Release Form

This Photography and Videography Consent and Release (“Release”) is made and entered into as of the date signed below by the undersigned individual (“Participant”) in favor of VYBZ Exotic Car Rentals (“Company”), including its officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, and affiliates.

1. Consent to Photography and Videography
Participant hereby grants permission to the Company to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture Participant’s image, likeness, voice, and/or vehicle rental experience (the “Content”) during or in connection with the rental or participation in Company services.

2. Authorization for Use
Participant authorizes the Company to use, reproduce, publish, exhibit, broadcast, post, and distribute the Content in any form of media, including but not limited to Company websites, social media platforms, advertising materials, promotional campaigns, and other marketing efforts, without restriction as to frequency or duration.

3. Rights and Ownership
Participant agrees that all rights to the Content belong exclusively to the Company, and the Participant shall have no ownership or monetary rights in the Content or its use.

4. No Compensation
Participant understands and agrees that no monetary or other compensation will be provided for the use of the Content, now or at any time in the future.

5. Release of Claims
Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Company from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages of any kind arising from or related to the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or rights of publicity.

6. Voluntary Agreement
Participant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Release freely and without coercion.
